  • All Sponsorship levels include right of first refusal for next years swap.

    Banners must be provided. For an additional fee we can help you get a banner printed.

    Logos should be vector artwork or high resolution 300ppi or above for best display.

    The deadline to have your logo printed on our shirts is 1/15/23

    The deadline for banner printing is 1/15/23. This includes the "Presented by" banners for the fence surrounding the swap.

    The deadline to sign up and receive all other perks of sponsorship is 2/10/23.

    Notification of sponsorship commitment level, payment, and high resolution logos must be received when the sponsor agreement has been signed in order to be on any/all printed materials. The earlier you commit to a sponsorship the more time and exposure your business will receive.
    Upon receipt of payment sponsorship will begin (ex. Facebook post, listed on website, etc.)
    If you would like to supply items to be given to attendees (brochure, pen, keychain, etc.)they must be delivered to The Bike Rack no later than 2/10/23.

  • This Logo Sponsorship Agreement [known hereafter as the "Agreement"] is executed at time of purchase between the purchaser [known hereafter as the "Sponsor"] and [H3 Events Chicago Winter Bike Swap], known hereafter as "CWBS."

     

    Terms of Agreement

    • A medium logo will appear on everything we print as well as our social media and website on the banner. Printed after the start of this Agreement.
       
    • 100 square feet of booth space ​
       
    • Your banner hanging where people congregate before we open the hall doors and get food and beer during the swap. Banner limited to 6 square feet.

     

    • Sponsor Obligations

     

    • This is a non-exclusive sponsorship unless otherwise provided in the Sponsorship Benefits listed above. The sponsor understands that CWBS may enter into corporate sponsorships or other similar arrangements with other companies.

     

     

     

     

     

    Sponsor Trademarks and Materials

     

    • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Sponsor grants CWBS the right to use the Sponsor's trade names, logo designs, trademarks, and company descriptions as provided in Sponsor marketing materials. These assets may be used in any medium of advertising, promotional products, or marketing materials distributed solely in connection with the Chicago Winter Bike Swap. CWBS agrees to use materials according to Sponsor's trademark usage guidelines.

     

    • The Sponsor agrees to offer the following materials for marketing and promotional purposes:

      Social Media Handles to be used for promotion: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram

      Website hyperlink

      Logos as hi-res .jpg or .png and .ai or .eps to chicagowinterbikeswap@gmail.com

     

     

    • Indemnity

      The Sponsor will indemnify, defend, and hold CWBS harmless from and against any claims relating directly or indirectly to, or arising out of, content posted on the Sponsor's respective website, use of Sponsor materials, or use of Sponsor's logos and trademarks.

      CWBS will not be responsible for damage to or loss of property belonging to the Sponsor, its employees, contractors, or agents or for personal injury to the Sponsor's employees, contractors, agents, directors, or invitees except to the extent that claims may be solely and directly attributed to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the CWBS and CWBS's employers, directors, or officers.

      The sponsor will give CWBS prompt written notice of any suit or claim that comes within the purview of these indemnities.

      Limitation of Liability: In no event shall either party be liable to the other party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages regardless of whether such liability results from breach of contract, breach of warranties, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

     

    • Term

      This Agreement will be valid for the period of one year from signing of agreement.

    • By purchasing this item Sponsor accepts the terms of this Agreement.
